The unwinding oven is composed of 3 groups:

A heating chamber of the load.
A fumes post combustion chamber.
A control panel.

Heating chamber:

This chamber is composed of modular elements offering a lot of dimensional possibilities to adapt to the users’ needs.

So, the frame formed is perfectly isolated and a flow of warm air pulsed by a ventilator through suction and discharge ducts circulates inside. This special frame absorbs all the thermal dilatations with a floating construction and suppress the thermal bridges to guarantee a temperature of outside wall below 35°C.(see diagram of temperature gradient of wall.)

An heating battery is composed of high performance elements placed in a chamber and accessible from the outside of the oven. It is possible to adapt the heating power in function to the desired performances;

An inlet chimney of fresh air with an electrical control register for its opening and closing during the cycle.

A security trap that avoids every possible overpressure in the oven.

A stable door with key closing and electrical control of the closing.

A locking bolt of the door from 150 °C to avoid its opening at high temperature (operator security)

Post combustion chamber :

This one is placed on the roof of the oven and directly connected to the outlet chimney of the heating chamber.
The fumes follow a specific heating circuit in this chamber to enable their temperature increase till approx. 850°C .
The heating elements in nickel chrome of high performance enabling the temperature raise are plunged in a ceramic tube and filled with a refractory agregate to enable an excellent thermal conductivity.

During the delivery of the plant on your site, the post combustion is dismantled to keep the heating elements from it. Indeed, as the ceramic tubes are very fragile, it will be composed of two packages, the first one containing the post combustion and the second one the ceramic elements.

For the assembly, we join to the package some instructions for the receipt of the packages, as well as a photos manual and commentaries to enable you to assemble the post combustion on your oven.
Nevertheless, we can offer you an assembly service by one of our engineers or train your personnel in our workshop.

Control panel.

The control panel is fixed directly on the oven and has all the components useful for the plant operating and for adding options.

The control panel is easy to use and convivial enables the operators to make a quick programming of the burning cycles.

For the transport and from the models EMD 200 or every time that the overall dimensions of the plant is out of size, we dismantle the electrical panel. This one is placed behind the oven for the transport and has to be assembled again by you according to the assembly manual joined to the package.
