These processes are adaptable depending on your impregnation fluids, and the tension curve of which is known or near to the reference fluid.
Varnishes and resins.
Mineral oils, Silicone oils.
Water-based mixtures.

In addition to the standard impregnation (vacuum and pressure), the ARRAS MAXEI processes can incorporate different phases such as:

Atmospheric or vacuum drying of the work pieces before the impregnation cycle.
Removal of the liquid in excess by pressing or wringing of the work pieces behind the impregnation cycle.
Weighing of the work pieces during the impregnation to determine the quantity absorbed.
Measurement and correction of the density of the impregnation products.
Automatic cleaning cycle at the end of the process, Etc…

Integrating PLC-control, operator console and supervisor, these high-tech processes can be incorporated into automated production lines.
