Thanks to our replacement parts after sales department, we can respond to your breakdown assistance and repair calls very quickly. Items requiring overhauling or major repairs are shipped to our Arras factory, which has all the right facilities to carry out this work under the best possible safety and quality conditions. Our specialists are also able to help you with preventative maintenance for your equipment or to undertake constructor assessments of your facilities.
Available spare parts:
	All our products are manufactured from MAXEI components or developed in close collaboration with our partners. To ensure maximum availability of your equipment, even if it is more than 10 years old, we hold a large stock of spare parts in our Arras factory in France.
Qualified teams:
	Our specialists take charge of the equipment as soon as it leaves the production factory. Working in close collaboration with our design office and production workshops and upon your request, they assemble the items on site and carry out the electromagnetic, semi-automatic and automatic tests. Involved during the acceptance stage of your facilities, they can help you with commissioning and will train your staff. They can oversee sites in France and abroad.
