| Structure of the plant : |
The parallelepipedic oven is composed of a casing with metallic frame and thermal isolation. The plant is set up in a pit of low depth. A door linked and supported by a bracket makes the oven loading easier, since it clears completely the access inside. Its opening cycle starts with the lift of the door and then with the rotation. The fixing mode ensures an elliptic moving enabling a minimum evolution zone in spite of the size of this one. The moving of the door is ensured by hydraulic jack supplied by a plant included in the supply.
After the door opening, the zone of the door is blocked by a bascule bridge. This one enables to connect the inside rolling ways of the oven with those of the workshop.

| Heating mode : |
The heating of the oven with atmospheric pressure is obtained thanks to air circulation in opened circuit. Ventilators driven by electrical motors are placed on the roof of the oven. They take the outside air through a suction chimney. The air is then forced on heating elements that let it at the temperature desired before being injected in the oven. The air that will be loaded with moisture and vapours and that has moved in the oven is then discharged to the outside by an outlet chimney.
The calorific energy source comes from a heater not included in the supply. It enables to heat a thermal fluid circuit that supplies the diffusion elements placed on the walls of the oven. The warm air circulation principle contributes to get a quick rising in temperature and a very good homogeneity of this inside of the oven. The air circulation in open circuit enables an efficient drying while reducing the condensation phenomena that may occur inside the oven.

Heater :
The customer has to install a thermal oil heater that can have a temperature adjustable to the ambient temperature up to the regulation temperature (120°C).
For the temperature regulation in thermal oil, ARRAS MAXEI supplies the regulation three-way valve with its operating.
Vacuum :
The group vacuum pump is composed of: - 1 palett primary pump - 1 secondary pump type ROOTS. - and according to the installation parameters a third pump type ROOTS.
Before the system of putting under vacuum is placed a condenser cooled by water. It enables to condensate the dissolved vapours during the drying to overcome their discharge in the workplace and the contact with the vacuum pump. The cold water is generated by a cooling group included in the supply. The installation is equipped with a vacuum measure of :
1 manometer 0-1000 mbars to visualize the vacuum starting. 1 manometer 0-50 mbars to visualize the coarse vacuum. 1 electronic manometer pirani 100 10-3 mbars for the final vacuum. 1 differential pressostat for the control of the return into the atmosphere.
Operating :
An electrical panel equipped with control and operating elements is placed near to the oven, what enables the operating of the installation. The operating is managed by a programmable automaton and enables through an operating desk to make the cycles’ programming easier.
Recording of the process cycles :
The oven is equipped with a recorder on paper support: two ways, one for the temperature and the other for the vacuum in the oven . Three free ways can be used for the customer.
Observation during the cycle :
The oven has a lighting inside connected to two windows on the oven’s door to observe the current cycle.
Gastight bushing :
The oven is equipped with gastight bushings enabling the connection of the external elements: 2 bushings for the hydraulic connecting.
1 bushing for the electrical connection.
1 bushing for the control devices.
1 bushing for the temperature probes.
1 tbushing as option for the oil filling of the transformers.
1 bushing as option for the oil level control in the transformer during the filling.
1 free bushing.
Isolation :
In order to enable a good retention of the calories, the plant will be insulating with rock wool of 100 mm thickness and covered with an aluminium cladding. This isolation enables a high isolation of the plant and avoids the calorific losses.
Securities :
In order to keep place , all the subsets of the installations are placed on the roof of the oven. The subsets are easily accessible to enable a good maintening, they will be accessible by the operator thanks to a crinoline ladder and a circulation way with security guardrail. The inside of the installation is equipped with a man security device that contains an alarm button and a manual vacuum breaking valve .
The opening mechanism of the door is equipped with a system against fall. In the case of a filling equipment, the inside of the oven is equipped with an oil overflow control and a draining pump.
