THE DRYING UNDER VACUUM OF THE TRANSFORMERS.

textIn the case of a drying process that lets intervene the heating and vacuum, a lot of studies have moved towards the reduction of the heating time, which seems to be the easiest notion to control. Indeed, a lot of cycles can have been reduced by the modification of the heating mode or by the increase of the heating power. For the vacuum parameter, this is less simple, indeed, a lot of questions are still asked for this scale.
Can we reduce the vacuum time and in which proportion without affecting the drying ?
Can we suppress a depression cycle?

in the framework of development of its products has designed a drying cycle based not on the maintaining time in temperature or under vacuum but based on the drying of the active parts.
This auto-adaptative cycle develops in function to the moisture conditions met and stops the installation as soon as these ones are in the fixed limits.
