The stabilisation equipments of the coils under vacuum ARRAS MAXEI enable to realize two operations often made separately, that is to say the drying of the coils before their assembly on the core and their clamping to get the required dimensions.
The 3 coils of transformer are placed on a special trolley and put in the installation under the independent support plates. The coils clamping-up is made hydraulically through outside operating tonnage or in coils dimensions.
During the drying cycle (see auto-adaptative cycle), the coils are measured. There is no need in programming any periodical stopping of the plant. The cycle happens without any stopping until getting the dimensions or the drying criteria. .
The filling under vacuum. The filling installations under vacuum ARRAS MAXEI enable the oil filling of transformers simultaneously with the final drying under vacuum. They are often associated to the atmospheric drying equipment and ensure the final drying of the transformer before the transformer oil inlet.
The atmospheric drying. The atmospheric drying installations ARRAS MAXEI enable the drying under ventilation of warm air of small transformers. They are often associated to a filling plant under vacuum and make the dehydration of the active parts before being plunged in oil.
