The performances

The oil treatment plants ARRAS MAXEI has been designed to treat dielectric oil having a 50 ppm moisture content and a dissolved gas content of approx. 10% by volume before being treated. After getting the optimal treatment conditions, the clean treated oil goes out after one pass at a maximum temperature of 70°C with a moisture content below 5 ppm* and a dissolved gas content of approx. 0,1 % by volume*. This restores the oil dielectric strength to a value in excess of 75 kv. An oil at 20ppm will go out after one pass at about 3 ppm*. These characteristics are given for an oil having a distillation curve of 1.10-2 mbar at 80° C..
