LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

MAXEI GROUP<\/span> cannot be held liable for the direct or indirect damage caused to the user\u2019s equipment when accessing <\/span>MAXEI GROUP<\/span>\u2019s site and resulting either from the use of hardware that does not meet the specifications indicated in 4, or from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.<\/span><\/p>\n

MAXEI GROUP<\/span> can not be held liable for indirect damage (such as the loss of a contract or an opportunity) consecutive to the use of the www.<\/a>maxei.fr site.<\/span><\/p>\n

Interactive areas (possibility of asking questions in the contact area) are available to the users. <\/span>MAXEI GROUP<\/span> reserves the right to delete all content placed in this area without notice if it is in breach of legislation applicable in France, and especially data protection measures.  When applicable, <\/span>MAXEI GROUP<\/span> reserves the right to take civil\/criminal proceedings against the user, especially in the event of racist, insulting, libellous or pornographic messages, whatever medium is used (text, photograph, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n

PRIVATE DATA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In France, personal data is protected notably by Act n\u00b0 78-87 of 6th January 1978, Act n\u00b0 2004-801 of 6th August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24th October 1995.<\/span><\/p>\n

When using the www.<\/a>maxei.fr site,the following can be collected: the URL and links the user used to access the www.<\/a>maxei.fr site, the user\u2019s access provider, the user\u2019s Internet Protocol (IP) address.<\/span><\/p>\n

In all cases, <\/span>MAXEI GROUP<\/span> only collects the user\u2019s personal information for use by certain services provided by the www.<\/a>maxei.fr site. The user provides this information knowingly, especially by entering the data themselves. At that time the user of the www.<\/a>maxei.fr site is informed of the duty to provide the information or not.<\/span><\/p>\n

In compliance with articles 38 and following of Act 78-17 of 6th January 1978 on data privacy, all users have a right to access, correct and oppose their personal data by making a written and signed request to which is attached the copy of a proof of identity showing the holder\u2019s signature, giving the address to which the reply is to be sent.<\/span><\/p>\n

No personal information from users of the www.<\/a>maxei.fr is published, exchanged, transferred, or sold on any medium without the user\u2019s knowledge. Only the hypothesis of <\/span>MAXEI GROUP<\/span> selling his rights would allow such information to be sent to the possible buyer who would in turn be subject to the same protection and modification rules relative to www.<\/a>maxei.fr site users .<\/span><\/p>\n

The site has not been declared to the CNIL because it does not collect personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

The databases are protected by the terms of the 1st July 1998 Act enacting directive 96-9 of 11th March 1996 covering the legal protection of databases.<\/span><\/p>\n
